We are happy to rest our reputation on this wine. In using traditional techniques in making this wine, it underwent minimal filtering to preserve its simplicity. With time, it may lay a small crust.

5 Mile Brook Shiraz 2005

This delicious signature wine is made from 100% Shiraz grapes harvested from our Five Mile Brook vineyard at Gelorup in Western Australia. This wine evidences a medium bodied style carrying abundant fruit flavours which are complemented by the use of two and three year old American oak casks.
